Do you take on new personal training clients right now?

At the moment, my schedule is limited due to film and stunt commitments, but I do occasionally open spaces for short-term or goal-specific clients. If you’d like to be added to the waiting list, drop your details in the contact form.

How do I buy one of the pre-written fitness programmes?

Easy — just send your payment via the Revolut Here button under the plan and include your email address in the note. You’ll receive your programme and welcome pack directly to your inbox within 24 hours.

I’m not into stunts — can I still join the Clann & take part in challenges?

Absolutely. The Clann is for everyone with a warrior mindset — whether you’re training for screen work, general fitness, or simply want a community that pushes you to grow. Every level, every goal, every background is welcome.

Do you offer life coaching & mindset sessions separately from fitness?

Yes. These can be booked as standalone sessions or included in your programme. We focus on confidence, resilience, and practical mindset tools to help you perform — in life or on set.

How can I get involved in team events (Hell & Back/Challenges?)

Keep an eye on the Events & Challenges page or sign up for the newsletter. You can also message me directly to register early — spaces go fast and teams are capped to keep things personal and fun.
