The Foundation Plan
Perfect for anyone returning to training or starting from scratch.
A full-body strength and conditioning system built around functional movement, confidence, and sustainable progress.
Focus: mobility, strength, posture, and rebuilding your base.
Duration: 6 weeks

Warrior Conditioning
Train like a performer, move like an athlete, and build the kind of strength that carries through everything you do.
This plan is high energy, intense, and deeply rewarding — built to test your body and sharpen your focus.
Focus: explosive power, balance, control, and athletic performance.
Duration: 8 weeks
Price: €60.
Scuba Strong
Born from Char’s own dive and stunt training, this unique programme combines breath control, lung capacity, functional strength, and endurance — perfect for divers, surfers, and water-sport athletes.
Focus: breathwork, endurance under pressure, and total-body strength for life in and under the water.
Duration: 6 weeks

Twinset Valve Drills
A specialised training plan designed for divers progressing into technical and twinset diving, improving precision, control, and composure under pressure.
This programme builds real-world functional strength to enhance reach, shoulder mobility, and breath stability — helping divers perform complex drills safely and efficiently.
Focus: upper-body strength, shoulder mobility, breath control, and core stability for technical divers.
Duration: 4 weeks

Mind & Motion
A hybrid programme that blends strength, mindfulness, and reflection — built to strengthen both body and mindset.
Focus: controlled movement, mental focus, and recovery-based progression.

Personalised Training Programme
This one’s built entirely around you — your lifestyle, goals, and schedule. Whether you’re prepping for a role, training for an event, or rebuilding strength and confidence, your programme is crafted from the ground up to match your current fitness level and grow with you.
You’ll receive:
A detailed pre-programme consultation and fitness assessment
A fully customised workout plan based on your needs and equipment
Ongoing support and accountability via WhatsApp or email

Char’s Life Coaching sessions help you find clarity, rebuild confidence, and build habits that last — whether you’re shifting direction, starting again, or pushing through plateaus.
