1-to-1 Sessions/Plans

Personalised 1-to-1 training sessions or tailored plans with an Advanced Personal Trainer designed specifically around your unique goals and needs. Whether you’re new to fitness or an experienced athlete, your trainer will support and guide you every step of the way. Training can take place wherever you feel most comfortable — gym, home, outdoors, or online.

Couple Sessions/Plans

Want to train alongside a friend or loved one while still enjoying the benefits of an Advanced Personal Trainer? Our tailored sessions are designed to meet each of your individual goals, but structured so you can train together. Your Personal Trainer will support you both, helping you achieve personal milestones as well as shared fitness objectives — all in one motivating session!

Group Sessions/Plans

Got a group of friends or family ready to get fit and healthy together? Working out as a group is a fantastic way to bond and stay motivated. With guidance from an Advanced Personal Trainer, each person can pursue their individual goals while enjoying the energy of a shared workout. Every program is carefully designed to be compatible for the group, yet tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs!

Every package begins with a comprehensive client testing and screening session, allowing us to create a fully personalized plan tailored specifically to your needs and goals.

 

You’ll receive dedicated contact time with an Advanced Personal Trainer, expert nutritional guidance, and the convenience of WhatsApp support to answer any questions between sessions.

For in-person sessions, your PT will meet you wherever you feel most comfortable—whether that’s at home, in the park, or at the gym. We offer both indoor and outdoor sessions, giving you the flexibility to train your way.

For plan-only programs, regular check-ins ensure you stay on track, with your plan reviewed and updated every 4-6 weeks to match your progress.
