How It Works — Join the Challenge, Become Part of the Clann
When a challenge goes live, you’ll commit to four weeks of focused, fierce training — tailored to push you, no matter your fitness level.
Whether you’re just starting out or already training like a stunt performer, every workout, task, and milestone is designed to help you level up your strength, mindset, and discipline.
Your Mission (Should you choose to accept it)

Follow your assigned 4-week programme (home or gym – your battlefield, your rules)

Complete daily tasks: workouts, nutrition goals, water intake, movement minutes, and mindset prompts

Earn points with every completed task – the more consistent, the more you rise

Daily “Side Quests” will appear each morning for bonus points

Leaderboards will be posted twice daily on Instagram – feel the fire, fuel your focus

Winners will be announced at the end of the challenge and rewarded with epic prizes from incredible Irish brands
