ABOUT CURADH STUNTS & FITNESS
Welcome to Curadh Stunts & Fitness — where functional fitness meets fierce ambition.

I’m Char, an Irish stunt, host of the Stunt Talk podcast, and founder of Curadh. Whether I’m on a film set or in the gym, movement, mindset, and performance are at the heart of everything I do.
​
Currently training toward the British Stunt Register while working as a Stunt Performer in Ireland, I live and breathe the world of screen action — and through Stunt Talk, I take you behind the scenes. Each episode dives into one of four pillars: interviews with professional stunt performers, insights into sports health and recovery, deep dives into the athletic disciplines required for stunts, and conversations with other film departments who collaborate to bring action to life.

Outside the world of stunts, I bring a unique, performance-based approach to fitness. Whether you're completely new to training, returning after a break, or looking to condition like a stunt performer, every session is tailored to you. We can train at the gym, at home, outdoors, or online — wherever fits your lifestyle best.

My coaching blends strength, mobility, and mindset to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence — whether you're working toward your first pull-up, prepping for a screen role, or just ready to start showing up for yourself in a bigger way.
